Done Information Oy implemented its traditional customer satisfaction survey during the summer of 2009.  

Based on the feedback from our customers, we can say that customer satisfaction has remained at an extremely high level.

Responses were received from both actual orderers and persons using Done's services indirectly through customer organisations.

Our delivery reliability (94.23%), ability to react (91.15%) and capability to serve our customers comprehensively in our field (91.54%) were evaluated as "good" or "very good".

In addition, communications were assessed as effortless: 93.85% of repondends stated that they were informed or very well informed about their contact person during the project.
