ISO 9001 certification and quality policy
All of Done Information Oy's services are based on ISO 9001 compliant processes. We were granted this certificate in the summer of 2005 and it has remained valid ever since.
The quality certificate is a guarantee that all of our operations and processes abide by certain standards. This provides our customers with certainty of the reliability, systematic nature and good order of our operations. In addition, the standard includes the quality assurance and monitoring of various processes (such as translation).
Quality policy
We bear not only the customer's needs in mind, but also those of the customer's customer. We do work for others as we would for ourselves - with the same quality and price, and in a way we would be glad to pay for.
